Well, firstly, we have far too much time on our hands. Mo, the lady who will be contributing to this site the most, is retired – and, as such, is in need of something to channel her energies.
Secondly, we adore tatties, or potatoes to those of you not of Northern England or Scotland. So, as a precursor, I thought I would let you into some of the delights we will be posting in the coming days, weeks or months (depending on our schedule).
